Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by Vigo International (Pvt) Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vigo International provides the following services subject to these terms:

  • Manpower outsourcing (skilled & unskilled workers, drivers, operators, clerical staff)
  • Janitorial and cleaning services
  • Security and watchman services
  • Factory worker supply
  • Office and administrative staff

3. Service Agreements

All manpower outsourcing engagements are governed by a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the Company and the Client. The SLA will specify: number of workers, working hours, service period, payment terms, replacement policy, and insurance provisions. Services commence only after execution of the SLA by both parties.

4. Worker Replacement Policy

We guarantee replacement of any unsatisfactory worker within 24 hours of notification. The Client must notify us in writing (email or letter) of any concerns regarding deployed personnel. Replacement workers will meet the same skill requirements as originally agreed.

5. Insurance Coverage

All workers deployed by Vigo International are covered under Workmen's Compensation Insurance (WCI) as required by Sri Lankan law. The Company maintains valid insurance policies for all deployed personnel. Claims arising from workplace incidents shall be processed through our insurance provider.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be as specified in the SLA. Standard payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement. All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees unless otherwise stated.

7. Working Hours & Labour Compliance

Standard working hours are 8 hours per day and 45 hours per week, in compliance with Sri Lankan labour regulations. Overtime, if required, shall be arranged separately and charged at rates specified in the SLA. We comply with all applicable labour laws including EPF, ETF, and gratuity provisions.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business information, trade secrets, and proprietary data shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. In cases of material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately upon written notice. Upon termination, all deployed personnel will be recalled within the notice period.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vigo International's liability shall be limited to the value of services rendered under the applicable SLA. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the engagement. Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, and government actions shall excuse performance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
